Thanks dear i did it as in video and got the invoice but last issue in invoice detail is my TAX ID not corrected in document invoice as mentioned although many times i checked all steps in right my tax ID so why coming tax ID in wrong 399999900003

I don’t fully understand, but you can try running it in simulation mode first. Use B2C 0200000. Please make sure you select the correct Tax Category for the items you are selling.

Hello friends… I have a problem with the program. After updating it to the latest version, the fields for selecting the country disappeared, as did the fields for entering the tax ID numbers for the company, the customer, and the supplier. Also, the integration and migration features with ZATCA are not showing up… What is the solution?

Dear Brother, the issue stemmed from language settings; the interface does not display the options for integration with ZATCA when set to Arabic. This is a problem that needs to be addressed, dear esteemed brother. Additionally, how can we issue an electronic invoice for the first phase, particularly if the client is an individual rather than a company?
