Problem with Zatca

Hello friends,

I am using the Manager software and I work in Saudi Arabia. When I connect the program to the ZATCA platform and issue an electronic tax invoice, the QR code does not appear on the invoice like in other programs. Instead, very long letters, numbers, and symbols appear instead of the QR code.

What is the problem and how can I solve it?

If you are integrated with ZATCA using either the relay endpoint ZatcaEGS.azurewebsites.net/relay or the extension zatcaextension.azurewebsites.net ,

You should have a custom theme named “QRCodePhaseII”. Make sure your invoices are configured to use this custom theme.
