Was there an address issue with version 22.3.3?

Hello,

I have jus tnoticed with my wife that in the version 22.3.3, when adding the vat number at the bottom of the customer’s address as:

Company name
Address
Postcode
Town
Country
VAT number

On the invoices we do not see the last line, only this:
Company name
Address
Postcode
Town
Country

Any idea if there was a bug recently please?

I downloaded the latest version just now, same issue on all my invoices.

I believe you will discover the VAT number is a custom field, placed according to your localization. Does the VAT number appear anywhere on the View screen of the invoices? You really need to post screen shots of Edit and View screens for an affected invoice. Otherwise, we are guessing what you mean.

I cannot duplicate this following your instructions. You need to illustrate this with screen shots, as I already told you.

Creating a test business with test data is the best way of addressing this issue. Doing so also increases the probability a solution will be found as it helps identify the minimum requirements to reproduce the issue.

To debug start by using the standard theme.

If it is a problem with your custom theme you will need to take primary responsibility for debugging it.

However, cloning an invoice is exactly that - a clone so I am not surprised that the address on the original invoice is copied to the cloned invoice

ok let me remove the cloning issue then, and I will stick to the other issue which is far more problematic as all my records for the last 5 years have lost their details.
