User permissions in Settings

If a person has full access of a business,they can see

settings >> User permissions >> New user permission

Does that actually work?
I created new user permission from there but user is inactive, when i logged in from Administrator ID, those users are not present in main bar “USERS” tab.

Can someone please let me know if options settings >> User permissions >> New user permission is useable somehow?

Under normal circumstances you wouldn’t use New User Permission button.

Just go to Users tab, create restricted user and then click on the business under their username you want to configure access for. This will automatically prefill user permissions form for you.
