Restricted User Profiles

hi

I am on the cloud edition trial and i have been configure the access privileges for my restricted user profiles but i cannot seem to be able to find that option anywhere. There is no user related settings under settings

Any help on this would be appreciated

Users button is along the top next to Business/About Manager

Apologies for not making myself clear… i was referring to configuring the specific access privileges for restricted user profiles and not talking about adding new users
