User permission

Anyone help me how to activate the user? I already added a username but it is still grayed out. Other username should be black in font. Thanks

Show the Edit screen for that user.

Please see below, ihave giver her full access but still grayed out. Anything else i could do?

Don’t create the users in Settings.

Do it in “Users”
.

The User Permission tool in Settings allows Non-Admin user accounts with “Full Access” to manage the permission settings of other restricted users assigned to that specific business. If you create a User under Settings, it will be greyed out.

Hi @Abeiku , if I already in ‘Users’ (not in settings) how will I be able to add business on Existing users?

Just add the business to an existing user similar to when creating a restricted user https://www.manager.io/guides/9162 Just click on the username, click anywhere in the “businesses” field and select the businesses to add (you also can remove user access this way to a business).
