I have created two new restricted users and either can see the company data.
What is the procedure to link the accounts with the company data?
There is a User Permissions module under Settings tab. This will allow you to give your existing users Limited Access or Full Access to business entity you are operating on.
Limited Access means you can restrict them to only certain modules while Full Access will give them access to all modules.
