I just noticed that after I created a new user and gave access, the user can log in but can’t be able to open the business I have given the user access to. Saying the user has not given you access to this business whereas I have. I have repeated it severally.
Any help will be appropriated.
After assigning the business, click on the business under the user’s name to edit the permission settings for the user.
Edit the User Permission.
I have done this severally, same thing.
@glowhite, I just edited my earlier post to show more completely what screen shots I would like to see. I suspect your problem comes from not including the relevant business in the
Businesses field of the user definition.
