I just noticed that after I created a new user and gave access, the user can log in but can’t be able to open the business I have given the user access to. Saying the user has not given you access to this business whereas I have. I have repeated it severally.

@glowhite, I just edited my earlier post to show more completely what screen shots I would like to see. I suspect your problem comes from not including the relevant business in the Businesses field of the user definition.
