I hope you’re doing well. I’m using your software for managing my daily sales. It was working perfectly fine until yesterday, but today when I opened it, the following error appeared on startup:

Error Message:

Unhandled exception has occurred in your application.
Catastrophic failure (0x8000FFFF (E_UNEXPECTED)).

Kindly find the attached screenshot for your reference.
Please look into this issue and guide me on how to resolve it, as I need the software for my daily operations.

I didnt backup since 17 July 2025. afraid of installing the new software

Upgrading doesn’t delete any data.

shall i simply download the new file from manger.io. it will automatically update or i have to do some additional steps
