Upgrading from v19.12.13 to v22.1.14

Hi there,

I currently use the v19.12.13 desktop version and I’m looking to upgrade to v22.1.14.

As this is a fair way back, I wondered if a) I have to take any particular steps to make the upgrade work, and b) if there are particularly significant feature/other changes I should be aware of.

I found this thread on a quick search Upgrading from v16.10.56 to current version - does this apply to my version? If so I can do an intermediate update to v20.9.89

Possibly there have been other changes in the mean time too.

The guidance in your linked topic is applicable. Be sure to make a backup before you start, just in case anything goes wrong or you get confused with data files having been touched by newer versions, etc.
