I have a new MacBook Pro and my old Desktop Manager is on a data hard drive enclosure that connects to the Laptop. I did a new download of Manager and tried to drop the old manager into the new manager but I cannot open it as it needs to be upgraded. I cannot see anywhere to just do an upgrade. Cheers
you will have to make a backup on your old desktop and import the same to your new Mac.

My old Desktop is dead which is why I have a new MAC. Is there a way to downgrade my Database so I can Open my old Manager and work with it. My drive has been taken out of my old Mac is now on a Data Hard drive enclosure.
if you know where your Application data folder was in your old Mac, you can simply copy and import your business file which was stored there to Manager on your new Mac. there is no need to downgrade because Manager automatically upgrades the file database according to the new version.
if you are finding any errors when importing please post screenshots of your actual problem so that we can understand better.
This is what comes up on the screen when I try to open Manager.
“Your data base has been upgraded to the latest version while your desktop edition is still an older version. Upgrade desktop to the latest version which will resolve this issue. This usually happens when you install server edition of newer version on the same computer.”
I originally installed Manager on my new Mac on Thursday and then tried to open Manager with my data.
Hope this helps.
