Update Frequency

By my count I’ve updated Manager at least 4 times in the last 24 hours. Whilst I’m grateful that you are responding to the needs of your users and releasing features when requested I think a more thought out release program is due.

Maybe you could release new updates weekly or better still monthly. I know I’ve been prompted for updates twice today alone and now the latest version doesn’t work on my computer. (mentioned in previous post)

As always though, thanks for a great product

I will introduce two branches. One stable and one unstable. This is what Firefox is doing for example.

So unstable branch would be getting updates all the time while stable branch would be only once a month as suggested.

that sounds great. I don’t have a huge issue with the updates personally but my FD doesn’t know how to update his computer which means we keep falling out of sync with each other
