'Unsupported File Format' with Business Logo

I have seen similar postings about ‘Unsupported File Format’ but not this one.
When emailing the document or PDF creation with the PDF button the Business Logo is replaced with ‘Unsupported File Format’.
This occurs with Invoices, Quotations, Purchase Orders and maybe more. I haven’t checked.
If I create a PDF with any of the PDF options in the print dialogue the logo is created. No problem there.
Does this with built in themes as well as custom themes.

The Logo is a .png - 566 x 130 pixels and 20.1Kb

I have replaced the logo and it made no difference.

I don’t know what else I can try.

Try with .Jpg file instead of .png

Resized to 200 x 46 - 6kb
Changed colour depth to 8 bit.

Made no difference.

1st try with .JPG file and check.
Most probably your problem will solve.

I have tried a .jpg and it will not load. End of Story.

Maybe updating it to today’s Manager Server version 21.6.33 would be a good idea?

Haven’t been using it for very long.

I will do the update tomorrow.

There are almost every day several updates.

The update solved the problem. Now loads and works with a .jpg.
