I have seen similar postings about ‘Unsupported File Format’ but not this one.
When emailing the document or PDF creation with the PDF button the Business Logo is replaced with ‘Unsupported File Format’.
This occurs with Invoices, Quotations, Purchase Orders and maybe more. I haven’t checked.
If I create a PDF with any of the PDF options in the print dialogue the logo is created. No problem there.
Does this with built in themes as well as custom themes.
The Logo is a .png - 566 x 130 pixels and 20.1Kb
I have replaced the logo and it made no difference.
