Manager Server v22.8.28.334 on Ubuntu 20.04 has the navigation little arrows that let you move months and years made invisible thus very difficult to use. See screenshot below and applies to receipts, payments, reports, etc:
What web-browser are you using? Can you try different web-browser?
Opera Version:90.0.4480.54 (x86_64) (up-to-date) on System:macOS Version 12.5.1 (Build 21G83) 12.5.1 x86_64. It worked until the Manager update I just completed.
It works as expected in Chrome. So indeed browser related.
