Unable to send email

Hi everyone. My problem has been resolved after doing a clean format. My records in manager was lost but thank God I only had 2 months to update in the system thanks to backup.
I am now experiencing a new problem however. I am unable to send email like I use to. The error message i receive is as follows: DocumentSaveException: Exception of type ‘Apitron.PDF.Kit.ErrorHandling.DocumentSaveException’ was thrown.
Please assist.

Have you updated? What version are you using? The very limited information you furnished sounds like a problem that has been fixed by other users after they updated.

I just did a fresh update tut. I’m using the latest version of manager
