message when trying to download latest version of Manager on Mac “you cant open the application manager.app because this application is not supported on this mac” So what I did is deleted entire old version from Mac and kept backup to open new business, but it still will not load

There are 2 download options for Mac. One is for older Intel-based macs and is referred to at the link below the big blue Free download button which is for Silicon-based macs (M1, M2 and M3). It looks like you have an older mac so need to download the intel based one from https://github.com/Manager-io/Manager/releases/latest/download/Manager-osx-x64.dmg.
The silicon-based Macs have arm64 in stead of x64 in their filename.

The problem then is that the old Mac version is 24.5.3.1498 which is earlier than the latest version (24.8.11), therefore I am assuming that the HTTP protocol is not installed in the earlier Mac version. Could you please confirm that it has been or is being updated to reflect the current version attributes.
Http is available in all versions from Manager v24.8.11 onwards. It has nothing to do with intel-based or ilicon-based but you have to follow the instructions to use it at (click on the link to see how to use it):
Just install the new version on this Mac.
