Unable to make payment for manager subscription

Hey forum, please help me out, I am having issue to pay for my manager subscription. I am having a response of insufficient funds whereas I have excess fund in my account.

Please what could be the cause of this issue

@Najrash, you have raised problems with your bank and national currency regulations in December. These are not Manager issues, and no one on this forum can resolve them for us. I am closing this topic.
