Subscription

Good day.

I was using the desktop version of manager before I decided to upgrade the cloud version. Meanwhile, I did use the trial version first to test-run the mode of its activities.

Afterwards, i decided to subscribe to the Cloud Version on several occasions. At first, I received a message of insufficient fund. I tried the subscription process again, I received a message that says “Your subscription has been already started” and “go to xxxxxxxxxxxx.manager.io”. This is the domain name I used for the Trial Version and I also intend to use it for the Cloud Edition. When I go to the domain, I don’t seem to know if the trial version has been upgraded or not.

However, I did not receive any other message by email or Bank Debit Alert to proof that the transaction was successful. This was yesterday.

I tried it again today. The same messages keep popping up. I even moved the money to another Bank Account. The same thing happens.

What could be the problem and how do i go about this please?
How will I know that my subscription has been successful?

I desire to make the payment in Nigerian Naira (NGN).

Yes, you can check the customer portal.
Go to https://cloud.manager.io/ and click on the “Manage Subscription” button. An email will be sent to you to enter your customer portal.
