All the available payment methods are listed on this page
I understand and have read this before now, but the issue is, Nigerian Governement as limit card spending limit on each card to 20$ per month. This is the reason why am asking if i can pay with Naira on my Naira Card
You don’t have to pay by card if you have restrictions, you can pay by bank transfer according to the instructions in that page:

Because of the violent FOREX situation the Naira cards have strict limits as you experienced. You therefore should either open a Domiciliary USD account with your bank for example GTBank and apply for for example its USD Visa Classic Credit Card (see https://www.gtbank.com/personal-banking/cards/dollar-credit-cards/gtbank-visa-classic-credit-card) and make the payments therewith or if you have friends abroad ask them to do the payment for you with an accepted currency and means to pay.
My country is currently under hot temptation with Naira to dollar or paying money to other currency as the EFCC is seriously working towards politicians who embezzle the country money and yahoo boys fraudulent transaction.
With the current situation, I think the best way to make my payment is through PayPal but the question I will like to ask is; “I won’t be able to send all the subscription fee at once from a PayPal account, I will need to use 3-4 PayPal account to send out the money”
Once the payment is completed, I will forward the payment receipts and business subscription am paying for via mail.
I this method acceptable by manager please?
I am very familiar with your country and my advise to open a Domiciliary US Dollar account or having a friend pay from abroad from their international account are your best options.
Nigerian visa and mastercards that are associated with the local bank’s Domiciliary US Dollar account can easily cover the Manager subscription as the lowest limit is US$1,000 with many (depending how much funds in the account) will allow up to US$10,000 card transactions compared to the US$20 with the Naira cards without CBN restrictions. Many Nigerian banks now even stopped allowing any FOREX on domestic Naira card transactions see for example https://punchng.com/more-banks-suspend-international-transactions-on-naira-cards/ .
Please note that there is no need to keep repeating the same request across the forum. The answer above should suffice for you to weigh your payment options. This is the reason @Tut closed your repeated request some hours ago Unable to make payment for manager subscription - #4
I’m not sure of this, since the website format has changed.
However, for billing and payments, you can get in touch directly with NGSoftware via support@manager.io
As mentioned Nigerian banks for quite some time no longer allow Naira accounts to be used to pay in foreign currencies. The old websites quote of N190k does not reflect the actual cost of $590 yearly for the Cloud Edition as at Manager.io (no longer price quoted in Naira!).
I agree that the new website no longer provides any information about purchasing of the Server Edition but license usually is the same as for Cloud.
So the limitations of paying with foreign currency are outlined by the CBN (Central Bank of Nigeria) and as per previous post you are advised to open a Domiciliary US Dollar account or having a friend pay from abroad from their international account as your best options.
