Unable to create Sales Invoices PDF files

I am running Desktop Manager v21.3.53 on Mac with OSX 10.14.6 (Mojave).

I am no longer able to create PDF version of Sales Invoices. If I click the PDF button, I get a new blank window and after a few seconds, Manager crashes. If I click the print button, I get a Mac dialog headed “There is no application set to open the URL eto:print” with choices to Cancel, Choose Application, and Search App Store.

I downloaded and installed Desktop Manager 21.3.88, same problem.

I can create PDF files in other applications via the Print dialog.

Any ideas?

Have you looked at this known bug Crash when creating pdf on Mac after installing Ver 21.1.23

I suspect discussion should continue there.
