Just correcting myself since Manager isn’t FOSS its just free. It looks like the git page is just a stub for the appimage pre-compiled without source
Manager is not Open source but proprietory software. The source code is not public and belongs to the Developer. Github does allow for many different licenses for applications and is not defined be these. So if you think that Github is only used by Open source apps then this is incorrect.
