Yes. Create as many businesses as you want. Each business will be in a separate database. The exact procedure for viewing two businesses simultaneously depend on your operating system and the edition of Manager you are using (desktop, server, or cloud). Basically, you must create a second Manager window in a browser.
You might find it easier just to switch back and forth between the businesses on the Businesses page.

On a Mac, drag any tab from the left navigation pane in the Manager window to an open window in a browser. You will have two instances of Manager. You can then manipulate them separately.
