Is it possible to make/add another filed to reflect the customer name or inventory name etc… in two languages? ie one field shows the English name/description and the second field shows the Arabic name/description?

Then your customer or item names should include both languages. (While I was typing this response, @Abeiku illustrated it.)
The issue is that customers and inventory items represent subsidiary ledgers of Accounts receivable and Inventory on hand, respectively. Therefore, they need unique identifiers. You cannot have one user searching in one language and another searching in a different language for the same thing.
