how can i use manager in two language i notice that cash and equivalent are auto translated into Arabic and English but i can’t translate any other account name .

Unfortunately, you cannot auto translate user inputs. This includes the Ordinary Accounts that I assume you speak of.
Cash and Bank Accounts on the other hand, are built-in accounts reserved by the system just like Accounts Receivable, Retained Earnings and Inventory - Sales.
To include a translation for your other accounts, you should include it in the name, i.e:
English name - Arabic name
