Not all reports are available by division yet. Eventually they all will be.

Not working how, @nickyrub? Please provide a screen shot of the Edit screen for the report and the result.
I can duplicate this error. It occurs whether or not a division has been selected and regardless of the number of columns. Designated column names are replaced by the end date of the reporting period. I am moving the topic to bugs.
Fixed in the latest version (21.11.3)
