Theme for Specific User

Dear @lubos

Is there anyway or possible for a theme applied to specific user only, for example I create the theme for my purchasing manager with his digital signature so that he can immediately send the PO to supplier via email button. However this pre-signed theme will not accessible to other user except him.

Themes cannot be restricted to individual users.
