The System Administrator Has Set Policies To Prevent This Installation

How to get rid of this error ?

Win 7 - 32Bit

Do you log in to your computer as an Administrator or as a restricted user?

I have been regularly updating the software the same way logged in as an administrator.

This update only shows the error and I am seeing this error for the first time on my system.
