I think its a matter of administrative rights, so try right-clicking on the manager setup program and “run as administrator”. That should fix it. Or you might have create and run an administrative account.
try to restart your system then scan your system with a antivirus then try to install It might work
Manager doesn’t require administrator account. It seems like your permissions got messed up a bit. One way to fix this would be to log in as Administrator
and make sure user John.Incoom
has full access to its C:\Users\John.Incoom
folder.
