You need to use a purchase invoice or payment transaction to record the acquisition of the investment item

those were an in-kind participation in the company’s capital, I couldn’t make it as purchase (money) transaction.
Also there is a RETT (Real Estate Transaction Tax) has been capitalized and added to the investment as part of the acquisition cost, this also does not appear in the investment summary.

These are fixed assets belonging to the business.

They are not investments

I found the solution, I have to put a number in quantity cell, even the startup value is zero, it will count the added value.
