Taxmutations on Balans

Hello,
The end Balance only shows the starting amount of the starting balance on the tax accounts, it did not ad the mutations.

Is there something i can do to change this or is it a bug.

Unfortunately, I do not fully understand your situation.

Please provide more information such as:

  • Version and Edition of Manager

  • Whether you recently updated, if so from which version

  • Where are you getting your tax figures from? i.e. Summary, Reports. Post screenshots of the screen you find to show an error

  • Please translate this part to English so other users can follow:

Thanks for your reply, i deleted the Dutch text, since it stated the same as in the English text.
I use version 25.5.8.2317 updated on may 12th 2025, first versio i downloaded was from Oktober 31th 2024( don’t know the version)

Example Starting Balance 2024

Preload Tax €4783.23
VAT to be paid 21% €8446,25

Mutations Taxes:
Preload taxes €643,-
VAT to be paid 21% €1800,-

The Final Balance should then so a increase or decrease because of the mutation, but the final balance will still show:

Preload Tax €4783.23
VAT to be paid 21% €8446,25
As if there were now murations at all.
The tax report does show the mutations do.

Hai Ries,
I did follow those steps, and the BTW transactions are shown in de tax report, it just don’t show on the final Balance.

Is it possible i have to generate separate control accounts for the Tax accounts, just as for bank accounts?

Please share a screenshot of Reports > Tax Reconciliation for the entire period in question.

The forum does not accept pdf but it accepts screenshots i.e. png, jpg, bmp

Sorry, but ik can’t make PNG of the mutations, can only make PDF or excel.

Can’t make a printscreen of the mutations there are a lot of peronal information on them.

Unfortunately, then I can’t really tell what exactly is going wrong. I can only guess and I’d probably get it wrong.
