Swiss Language and Specifications

In Switzerland we have different naming conventions. For example wie say “Erfolgsrechnung” instead of the German “Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung”.

I’ve added support for country-specific languages. So the first such a language I’ve added is German (Switzerland).
