Special idea for the journal entry module
Allowing each module in the manager to make a manual entry, allows selecting only the control accounts and this is useful:
As a good classification for each module where it collects all its transactions that were created automatically and manually
Ease of making settlements that occur between control accounts and are multi-party.
As for the rest of the accounts, they can be shown only in the journal entry module .
When creating a manual journal entry, I need to classify and display those entries that pertain to control accounts, separate from the accounts in the others.
No entry can be made directly to any control account anywhere in Manager. Control accounts have no registers of their own. They are, in effect, summaries of accounts within them. All transactions must be posted at the account level.
If this answer does not clarify things for you, you need to be much more specific. Your posts are quite vague.
The idea is simply that I want to display the manually created journal entries related to the suppliers’ and customers’ accounts…etc. such as receipts and payments vouchers.
