My desktop version is not opening. I am using since fro last three years but it firt taking a long time and now not responding.
What did you change ?

We need to know the following:
- Edition of Manager (i.e. Desktop vs Server)
- Version of Manager
- Your operating system

I change nothing. It opens but after taking too much time and some time not.

With all due respect, something must have changed - either a new version of Manager or an update to Microsoft Windows
now what should i do
Is Manager the only application with a problem?
It could be a problem with the hard disk or other hardware
Make sure you have a backup of your Manager files
