What do you mean by “can not open now”?
Is there an error message?
Are you talking about Manager not starting at all?
Are you talking about a particular business?
Nobody can help without some more information about what you are doing, preferebly with images of the screens and error messages
Finally, you are using an out of date version of Manager - so you could try downloading the latest version
I presume you have backups of your business data
