having trouble with setting up the email, using G Suite mailbox.
Which IP address is the error massage referring to?

I suspect authentication using your G-Suite login details requires a secure connection, thus requires you use port 587 (or 465), so you should try that first.

The alternative is you only connect from an IP address you have set in G-Suite, which in practice means you have organised a static IP address with your ISP.

But to answer you question, the IP address it is complaining about is the current IP address you are using which you have not added to your list of IP addresses in G-Suite. As described in the link lubos gave Send email from a printer, scanner, or app - Google Workspace Admin Help

Checked it all. Still getting the error massage.


IP address was added and saved, but no effect whatsoever.

You can change the port to 25.
