I’m looking to start sending my quotes directly from manager. However we have a terms and conditions document that needs to accompany each quote for signing / engagment. Is this able to be attached to quote email template or the quote itself?

The other option that I have is to add a link in the quote for a downloadable version of attachment.
Happy to receive any points or ideas on how to achieve this.

You can create as many ‘footers’ on the quote as you require and you could have one with the terms that needs signing and returning. Use HTML to format if necessary.
Whilst a signing box would be a good idea for the actual quote, the terms and conditions that I need to attached would not fit within a footer.
I typically just pdf the quote then combine this with the terms and conditions pdf that I have saved in my files.
I’m really hoping to save myself some time by being able to issue the quote and terms and conditions directly to Manager if its at all possible.
In the view screen of the quote you can attach any file you want, including terms and conditions PDF. When clicking on the email button in the same view screen you can select under the email content which attachments to include in the email, see screenshot:

I’ve been using this way of attaching our terms and conditions when sending quotes from manager but I’m having a lot of trouble with the attachments. A lot of our clients are complaining that they can’t open the terms and conditions attachment and they get this error.
The file is a pdf and works on our computers but doesn’t appear to always work when attached and emailed out of manager.
Can someone please look into this and let me know once fixed.
