When we try to connect via SMTP , I would like to know if the connection from the desktop manager.io goes directly to our server or if there is a routing to your server in between because I cannot connect and my server support tells me that the connection is not coming from my ip(at home) when trying to connect from manager.io but from somewhere else.
What version are you currently using?
In newer versions, if you are using custom SMTP server, then desktop edition will directly connect to that SMTP server.

Actually the server support told me that there was a “hop” problem between my computer network and their server, the problem fixed itself later on the evening. It is not working very well thank you.
