Yes, guides are not updated as frequently as the program.

You can create html templates, that means that HTML emails are supported. It’s just that the field “Email sending format” has been dropped. You can go to Settings > Email Templates and you can inject as much HTML as you like.

can you share the sample code for your email template? I really need the HTML template for the email.

This is a very old conversation and the HTML option is not available anymore. There are email templates for features that allow them and you can learn about them in the Use email templates Guide . Here is a forum conversation that might help you work out what you want. Good luck

My 'no" refers to the fact that you can no longer use HTML as email format. In older versions you could select plain or HTML.
