In ‘Email Settings’ at ‘Email sending format’ I can choose ‘HTML’, but when I do so, everything between <html>...</html> is deleted by Manager. So how can I use HTML in my emails?

Don’t use HTML tag. Just wrap the email in <div> tag. Or does this cause any issue with email clients?
