I am using privateemail.com for my business mail but cannot receive any copy of mail sent to customers.
here are the details I have put in smtp server
host: mail.privateemail.com
port 25
no SSL use
username: admin@elshafashion,com
password: ***********
Could you please help to figure out the issue?

In Settings, Email Settings, tick the box marked “send a copy of every email to this address” and you will receive a copy of anything Manager sends out to the specified address

email copy is not received So how i can confirm that email is send or not ??
if an email is sent, it will be visible in the Emails tab.
also, in the Email settings have you enabled the option to receive a copy of email to your email address?
please check i will do this still not receiving copy on email .
