Running 21.6.12 on Win10.
On previous versions I set it to send a copy of the email to myself as well as the customer. With this new version it sends 2 copies to the customer and no copy to my email.
I think this is a bug ???

Cloudversion 21.6.12 with browser in Windows 10 and Mac.
No difference here with previous versions. One e-mail goes to the customer, the other one to the address as mentioned in the e-mail settings.
I cannot duplicate the problem you describe. Please post a screen shot of your email settings. Obscure only enough information so someone cannot guess the addresses involved. But leave enough for troubleshooting.

Updated to 21.6.70 on windows desktop running win10 64bit
Sending an invoice to the customer and it sends 2 copies to the customer email and nothing to the accounts@ email.
Click the Test email settings button and reports Test message has been successfully sent and it is received in the sales@ email but again no copy to the accounts@ address.
Silly question, but have you checked the junk folder on your accounts@…co.uk address?
Yes, the accounts@ email receives without problem.

There is an issue with MS Outlook, where it can send 2 copies of an email. It is well documented on the MS site. It’s particularly prevalent on the Android version but does also do it on Windows. Not sure if you are using Outlook though
He is using the built-in email feature to send emails using his email provider which is hosted at mail.(blanked out).co.uk

Thanks for all the replies, on further investigation it appears to be the way my Outlook is interpreting the header from the my ISP, manager is sending it correctly.
