I am using Cloud and windows and I am writing about multiple email address setup which email be copy to specific email category, i.g i have purchased and Sales department and lead as head of purchase department and Sales department separate person. I want to copy all purchase related email to purchase department head and sales related all email to Sales department. Is it possible to use multiple email copy?
Manager’s email capability is not that sophisticated. If you want to maintain distribution lists, you would be better off to generate PDFs of transactions and use your regular email client to send to such lists.

Thanks, but why manager are not updating this options? As like access control for email recipient access as well?
Because Manager is an accounting application, and development efforts focus on accounting features, not on duplicating features available in any email client.
