We have customers that we want to code as VIP. In the header when creating the customers, there is a field “code”. It is therefore logical to fill in VIP for those customers in question. However, if we want to search for VIP in the list of debtors, not 1 customer comes up. Why is the “code” field not included in the search function? And if not, can it be opened in the server version?
The Code field is not meant for categorizing customers, but for uniquely identifying them. If you want to use customer categories, you should create a custom field.
That depends on where you are searching. You have tgiven no information about that.
There is no difference between server, cloud, and desktop editions except that desktop does not allow multiple users.
