I’m using manager version 21.2.90, when ever I’m trying to save the quotation including picture as PDF or send directly by email. the out come is comes with Unsupported file format
what is the problem and how to fix it?
Have you read and followed the Guide: Add an image to a custom field | Manager?
How did you add the custom field? Post a screen shot of the Edit screen for one such custom field.
I added the photo in inventory item. I attached the photo of the item then copy the path and paste with the format in field image in inventory ,
using this format

The photo displayed ok but only if I try to save it or to email it it will give “Unsupported file format”
Your image source takes me to the login page for your cloud account. The file needs to be directly accessible by the program. When the Liquid theme tries to access it, it is not going to be able to log in as a user. Try putting your image file somewhere accessible.
Is there any database that allow us to upload our images and be readable by manager.
we tried drop box, but the same issue occurred .
