hi everyone
when generating quotation to pdf unfortunately it is generated unsupported file format in place of product picture I mean the quotation is ok in a manger but when exported to pdf it is without a picture and in place of product picture it wrote unsupported file format please I need a solution for this error.
What file format is it? And what file size are the images? Could you post a screen shot of the Edit screen for the transaction?

You did not show the entire Edit screen. Are you using a custom theme or one of the built-in themes?

It seems like imgur is applying on jpeg files some optimization which is not supported by PDF generator.
There are two solutions:
png format for your images instead. It appears png files downloaded from imgur work fine. The issue is only with the combination of jpg + imgur. png + imgur is OK.working 100%
