Sales Order copy to function can only be ONCE for Sales Invoice]

Hi,

Could we lock the Sales Order if we already generate the Sales Invoice or Delivery Notes? This is required to prevent multiple Sales Invoice for 1 Sales Order.

No. Some users may wish to copy a sales order to another document multiple times and edit content, including the customer. The Copy to… function is not just for linear progressions from one step in a workflow to another. Documents might be copied multiple times for different reasons.

Or maybe could we add some function? For example, in Sales Order, we can add “Status” and when the Copy to… function is clicked, the Status is changed so the user know which one is already create the Invoice and which one are not.
