Sales Invoice By Total Balances shows no Transactions

The Sales Invoice Totals by Customer Report is not showing transactions amounting to the balances on the report in 22.9.6.366

Cloud version: 22.9.6.366
I can replicate this. Indeed not showing transactions.

Desktop version: 22.9.1.350
Does show transaction details. So no problem in desktop version mentioned.
