Sales Invoice by Date Range with Details Items

how can i extract above report from customized report
thanks

can someone help me how to generate that report?

You can’t get the report you want, because the unit price field is not exposed in the general ledger transactions table. (I assume from your screen shot that is what you mean by “Amount,” although the Amount field is actually something else in Manager. The closest you can get is to use the sales price for the inventory item. Note, however, that number will come from the inventory item definition, not the sales invoice. If you edit it or discount it, the change will not show up on your custom report. See below:

hi, how do we do it in the current version of Manager? it’s almost totally different now. Could you please give me example using the latest version custom report? I roughly do like this. And why is there are repeated / double entry came out, one with (+) and another with (-).

How do you do what? This year-old thread asked how to do something that could not be done. I showed the other user a report I already had that was related, but not the same thing.

I do not have one.

Because Manager is a double-entry accounting system, so every transaction includes at least two account postings.

I mean the “Sales Invoice by Date Range with Details Item Report”.

Because Manager is a double-entry accounting system, so every transaction includes at least two account postings.

so how do I limit / filter the report to just only showing one instead of two?

Actually I was referring to this setting in the Custom Report, it’s the old version, so what are the equivalent settings for the new Custom Report?

Thank you

I was trying to make the following report:

The Sales Invoice Totals by Customer is good enough but lack of details, it’s just show the total of each customer, which is can be easily seen in the Customer menu.

By filtering for the desired account, such as Inventory - sales, for one posting from each transaction.

Where General Ledger Account - isAccountRecivable - is not checked

Where General Ledger Account - isAccountRecivable - is not checked

to be exact is Where General Ledger Account > IsInventoryOnHand > is not checked. Anyway thanks for the heads up.

With this I’m closest to what I need, but I can’t get the amount for the Sales Invoice, not the Inventory Item price. Any idea?

Thank you
