Sales from Multiple Locations

Hi @Lubos @Tut, I have a question about sales in multiple locations. We need to use a receipt and delivery note for sales from multiple locations, otherwise the location report or multiple location inventory report is not displayed correctly so I want to know if I have supermarket in two locations and there is daily billing of more than 150 invoices per day, right after each invoice it is not possible to make delivery note, so how can I solve this problem

Can you explain a little more about the business and how you enter the sales information in to Manager?

Do you sell on credit or are all your sales for cash?
Do you enter your invoices into manager one by one?

Do you need to use Delivery Notes - why not use the Receipts to record the location of the items sold?

@Joe91, I am cash sales on a daily basis and I enter invoices one by one

So why not enter the location of the items sold when you enter the receipts?

I presume that you do not use Sales Invoices as there is no need to do that.

Also, why do you enter each receipt separately - would it not be simpler to enter the total sales of the day?
Can your shop till provide information on the daily sales by product?

I agree with @Joe91. You should not be using sales invoices or delivery notes. You should just enter receipts. On the receipts, you will have the choice of inventory locations (after entering an item for which inventory locations are relevant). You are doing three times as much work as necessary—sales invoice, delivery note, and receipt versus receipt only).

I agree with you @Tut @Joe91 but for multiple receipt payments on a single receipt like bank + cash is not possible in Receipt

@Shamsuddin_Esaf, what do you mean by “multiple receipt payments,” and why is this a factor in your operations? You wrote earlier that your sales are cash sales. We interpret that to mean you are not selling on credit. And why do you agree with us, but have objections? Further, what do you mean by “bank + cash?” A receipt either goes into a cash account or a bank account. It cannot go to both at the same time. If cash received is divided into multiple portions, some going to one account and some to another, you have turned it into multiple receipts.
