Are you talking about selling inventory items from different location
You can only select one inventory location per invoice when the Goods Receipts (for purchase invoices) or Delivery Notes (for sales invoices) tabs are not enabled. You then must use inventory transfers to relocate inventory items from one inventory location to another.
However, if Goods Receipts or Delivery Notes are enabled, the inventory location selection is changed from the invoices to the goods receipts or delivery notes. So you can receive or deliver partial quantities on the invoices at one location, then do the same for another location.
Be aware, however, that enabling these functions means you must use them every time you buy or sell inventory, which may not be what you want to do.

I don’t think you can add multiple locations in sale and purchase invoices. You have to prepare the invoice separately or else there may be mix up
